🚚 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following regions:
Gatineau • Ottawa • Surrounding areas
Additional areas will be added progressively.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Local delivery: within 24 hours
- Outside local area: 24 to 48 hours
In some cases, same-day delivery may be available depending on availability.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- distance
- product type
- vendor
The exact amount will be displayed before order confirmation.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed once confirmed by the vendor.
Once the order is ready:
- an ATMAIGLE delivery driver is assigned
- delivery is scheduled promptly
🛍️ Marketplace Notice (Independent Vendors)
ATMAIGLE is a marketplace platform.
This means:
- products are sold by different vendors
- delivery times may slightly vary depending on the vendor
We do our best to coordinate fast and efficient delivery.
📍 Order Tracking
You will be notified about your order status (processing, out for delivery, delivered).
